New validation rules for company name and email address starting September 22
To help partners and customers run their business based on trust, we're updating the validation rules for a customer’s company name and email address. Starting on September 22, 2021, we will be updating email and company name validations. This change applies to both new and existing customer details, and there are no API changes required. Those who will be impacted are CSP direct bill partners and indirect providers. For additional information, please see this article plus how to add a new customer record.
