Confused about where to start with building a Dynamics CRM practice.
We're an established consultancy business working with UK Non-Profits.
Many of our clients on legacy fundraising and membership systems are looking at Dynamics CRM as a potential way forward. We'd like to help them transition, potentially using the NFP Accelerator and be there to support them afterwards.
I've looked at the material online and I'm totally confused about how to get started and would really like to actually speak to someone. At this stage, it's just a general conversation, so I don't really want to buy a Action Pack just yet.
Is there someone from Microsoft whose job it is to talk to potential partners to help them find their way through the myriad options, levels and programs?
