What about being rewarded for 'a code of conduct'?

Respect, dignity and politeness, humour and thoroughness goes a long way with Microsoft but who sets the standard?

We all set the standard! Being great employers, great vendors, great partners and great citizens is something we all should aspire to be! Behaving our very best creates a positive buzz and helps build your reputation. A great reputation takes a long time to build and can be ruined pretty quick.

A document that gives great guidance is the IAMCP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct: http://c.ymcdn.com/sites/www.iamcp.org/resource/resmgr/iamcp_code_of_ethics_and_pro.pdf?hhSearchTerms=%22code+and+conduct%22
