Upgrade SQL server 2012 SP4 fail

Hi Microsoft Support

My customer found the error during upgrade SQL Server 2012 SP4 ( Error code 0x84B20002). Please, the detail of the error as the attached file.   The SQL server 2012 installed on Windows server 2012 R2. Could you please recommend me, how to resolve this issue.
