Skype for Business Client EWS connection with Exchange 2010 takes long time
With several Skype for Business 2015 OnPrem installations I noticed the following:
If the mail server is an Exchange 2010 (RU22), it takes up to 15 minutes after the start of the latest Skype for Business 2015 or 2016 client, until the EWS status is OK.
I've only noticed this in connection with Exchange 2010 and have no problems with Exchange 2013/2016. As a test I logged in with Lync 2010 Client, then comes EWS status: OK within a min.
Is this problem known and is there a solution?
