Tips to fix-
Switch off or change the antivirus software.
Run the installer as admin.
Switch your user account to an admin profile.
Enable the built-in admin account via Command Prompt.
Open the Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter.
Move the installer to the C: Drive.
