@emadadel2008 :

The difference is:

>> An OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer - builds hardware devices and may also add Microsoft OEM licenses to the hardware (e.g. Windows 11 Home/Pro OEM license)

>> A LSP - Licensing Solution Provider - is focusing on license agreements for large customer with 500 users or more. Usually they handle the customer conversation around Enterprise Agreements (EA)

>> A Disti/Distributor - is reselling licenses from different license channels to companies (Either selling to IT companies that build devices, allowing IT companies to resell to end customers, sometimes even directly to end customers). They sell e.g. OEM Systembuilder licenses (to IT Companies that usually assemble computers, and not build them like large OEMs), Retail licenses, Open license program, CSP Licenses, SPLA, sometimes also Microsoft Hardware. In the Cloud Solution provider license program (CSP) Distis are referred to as "CSP Indirect provider".
