Reminder Terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement in CSP has been updated
The Microsoft Customer Agreement for all product offers in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program became available on October 1, 2019. It is a simplified purchase agreement that provides consistent purchase terms for customers – regardless of the way customers choose to buy – and replaces the Microsoft Cloud Agreement.
- A reminder starting November 18, 2019, partners that have already adopted the Microsoft Customer Agreement as the customer agreement for customer presentment and acceptance must replace the prior version of the Microsoft Customer Agreement and present the updated version of the Microsoft Customer Agreement template to any new customers and any existing customers making additional and subsequent orders or upon renewal.
- The updated version of the agreement was made available through Partner Center and Partner Center API on October 18, 2019.
- Partners who are caching or using a downloaded version of the Microsoft Customer Agreement should ensure they use the latest template.
