Yet another Verification issue, (employment verification)
So I have no idea what on earth MS are using to verify the domains. I can see numerous people with similar problems and nowhere can I see anything that provides steps to resolve the problem other than a open a ticket. My ticket has been open over a week with no response. 2106220040002985
I have tried various emails and domains, all tied to my tenant, matched to my global admin login address, using my primary domain, using my website domain, using my company name domain, (even though its too long and never really gets used). Every time it just gets rejected with no information as to why. The domain is held in a 365 tenant, linked to my partner GA account and is on my partner record as the contact. What else can I possibly do to make it more obvious that its linked?
There are no instructions on how to prove its linked, no way to show that its right, you have all the information available within the partner/365 data and no-one is answering the support ticket. Like everyone else I'm beyond frustrated at this ridiculous process which seems engineered to fail.
@Andra I'm sure there are better things you can be doing that fielding annoyed partners. Can't they just fix this process or actually provide far better instructions on how to get verified. Like for example the criteria to verify a domain.
I've checked everything I'm told to check.
I've opened a support ticket.
I'm still no further forward!
Looking forward to a miracle...
Frustrated of Newcastle.

Just in case anyone is wondering, Andra got in touch via direct message, did some magic escalation and I've had a reply to my support ticket and an escalation. The reply I received is below and shows the documentation they've requested.
Thank you for your inquiry about your Microsoft Partner Network account in Partner Center. We need more information from you to verify your Microsoft Partner Network account. Please attach the following documentation to your email reply and we will review your organization’s status. Documents submitted must have been issued within the previous 12 months.
- Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal that lists Entity/User name and domain as it is stated on your account.
List of supported file types and max. file size:
- screenshots (only from a source such as government
- .pdf format
- Attachments larger than 8MB cannot be received by our system. Please advise if you are unable to provide smaller attachments.
Thank you and best regards,
Microsoft Partner Network support team
So if you are at that point in the process, when you get the "not able to verify domain" message, include that documentation with your initial support ticket, it might save you some time. Then again it might not, who knows.
Anyway big thanks to @Andra for getting things moving again. After a week I was losing the will to live, I don't know how you folks that have waited several weeks survived...
