Verification not possilbe - how to remove membership?

Hi,

after having bought an action pack and renewed it once, I've been struggling for quite some time with the verification process and therefor cannot renew my action pack. Licences from it will expire in 2 days, support ticket did not help. 

So then: how do I completely remove that partner account?
