Unable to purchase Action pack Error 715-123160
For an unknown reason, the support ticket: "Action pack - TrackingID#2105040040003182 [Escalated]" has been closed. My issue remains whereby I am unable to purchase the Microsoft Action Pack, even with the resolution status provided on Ticket ID 2104230010002051.
Reason provided is: "As it does not satisfy Microsoft systems or security criteria.", however I find it strange as to exactly what information or if I might have made a mistake somehow because of the outcome of Ticket ID 2104230010002051 stipulates that we are Active and Authorised.
I'm dependent now your guidance please.
