Microsoft partner benefits software and licensing
Hello,
We have a subscription for MS partner and we are using licenses from Benefits program. We install several Office and Windows licenses. My question is how can I managed these licenses? Is it possible to remove assigned license and use it for another computer (when previous computer was demaged for exmaple)?
Where can I see how many licences I spend for each product?

You may also want to review the IUR guide: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/membership/internal-use-software (see bottom of that page for the Product Usage Guide)
Generally, with IUR licenses each activation counts as one consumed license, so you can not move Windows/Offie to a new PC, this will deduct the license count. And MPN support will not increase the activation count.
Of course, for any cloud-activated licenses things are easier - for Office 365 client and Windows 10 E3, EM*S you can reassign the licenses between users and you see the usage in the respective portals.
You should be able to check the remaining activation count of key-based licenses (At least for Windows Client, Server,Office) using the VAMT tool - entering the key will show the activation count of any MAK key: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/volume-activation/volume-activation-management-tool
