MPN Subscription completed but unable to subcribe to O365
My MPN subscription has now been completed and all the privileges and software are now availble to my organisation.
The issue I now have is that I am unable to enter my subscription key from my MPN portal to O365. I've followed what it says on the MPN portal, but unable to see where I enter the key in the O365 admin portal.
My account in the O365 Admin portal is one of the main administrator and when I select subscriptions, I cannot see my subscription nor how I can enter the subscription keys.
Does anyone know or should I be raising a support ticket?
