MPN Portal - My exam is not visible on the list

I passed my MS-100 exam 5 days ago and it's still not visible in Potral MPN: Competences.
I thought max 3 days and it will be visible, previous exams and certificates appeared quickly on the MPN Portal - my account settings have not changed since I added the previous exams passed, which are visible.

Thank you for your interest in my problem.

All Microsoft Learning settings are OK - my previous certificates are visible.
A week ago I passed the MS-100, which is still not seen in MPN.
I will report it through the MPN support you wrote about.
