MPN ID

Hello all,

We received a note from our vendor that our MPNID has expired.  All of my research looks like we have the wrong number but maybe that is what happens when it expires.  I began the process of adding MPN to our account in the partner portal.  Currently we have only the CSP.  The site had a notice that it takes 2-3 days to be verified.  After a day, the MSP option has disappeared from the site.  I don't know if that means that my verification was rejected or if something went wrong with the portal.  I also don't know if I am even going in the right direction for this.  Our sales of Office365 are in limbo until we get our MPNID worked out.  Does anyone know the process for that?  I read documentation for hours and it only seems to point to other documents.  What is my best course of action?

Thank you very much,

Thank you.  I should clarify that I am referring to the, "Step 1, Join the Microsoft Partner network and get an ID number you'll use to enroll in CSP."  For the first day, MSP and CSP were listed in the partner portal but when I clicked on MSP, the page said that I was being verified.  Now the portal only shows CSP.  But we still do not know our CSP number.  We thought our MSP number was:  5084578

Thank you very much

Sorry, that should read MPN, not MSP

Hello,

The best course of action for this would be to go to the MPN Support option on the partner network.  They would have the most accurate answer for this situation.
