MPN Account Verification Stuck on "Business Verification" Step!

Hello everyone. I require help from the community and the admins. I'm a sole trader trying hard to register as a Microsoft Partner, but the verification is currently stuck on the Business Verification step. I have already submitted an official letter from my Business Bank also my Government letter showing my unique TAX reference. Unfortunately, it didn't help to make any progress with the application! I am now out of ideas about what else I can submit, and now the portal doesn't let me submit any other documents and gives the following error "Our system has indicated multiple failed attempts from your account. We are unable to proceed with your Account Verification. We are unable to verify your account. You can help us confirm your organization's status by submitting an appeal along with the following document(s) as evidence."

I'm not sure what my next step is towards verification and I hope someone can help me with this matter. Thanks.

@emreakkaya : You can open a support request right within Partner Center for account verification failures (See "?" on top right area in Partner Center), note that it currently might take several days to get a response, sometimes even 2-3 weeks. You can attach documented in the support request.

For sole proprietors it would be important that both your name and the company name you are creating the profile for is mentioned.

Also it helps a lot if you have a D-U-N-S number, since Microsoft relies on this system/database for verification. You might be able to register this for free, depending on the specific region you are in: Our Worldwide Network (dnb.com)

2-3 weeks is not going to work. My status is rejected and I presume I will not be able to maintain my licenses moving forward! Is there a number to call or way to get this expedited? I have sent every document under the sun over the past few weeks. Thank you!

Thanks, @JanoschUlmer. I have now opened a support request with Microsoft.

I had already submitted an official letter from my business bank account, both showing my name and my company name, also a letter from HMRC indicating my name and my unique TAX number; however, it was rejected during the initial application process. I have also now applied for a DUNS number and will submit it once I am allocated one.

My account has now been verified with the Microsoft Partner and I can now use all the benefits. My advise to the people who having the same issues as me, just be patient as Microsoft a bit slow responding the queries and name your company to be your legal name if you are a sole trader and make sure the supported documents are stating your legal name and your legal address.
