Like Others - Stuck at Employment Verification

Like a few others, I'm stuck at the employment verification step. I opened a ticket a few weeks ago that was closed without being resolved, and opened another one this past week, where I haven't received any reply.

@Andra could you help with this? Sorry to call you out specifically, but you seem to be the one that responds to and gets these moved along. Ticket ID is 2104290040006078.
