Joining MPN stuck on Employment verification
We are trying to join MPN, however we have been stuck on the the Employment Verification step.
The exact message is:
"We were not able to verify your email domain. Follow below instructions to fix"
I have chatted with support a few times, however that is not going anywhere. They have asked me to update my office 365 profile etc. which I have done, however we are still stuck on that step of the process.
I have also read the Business verification - We were not able to verify your business details forum post and one of the users recommends that we submit an incident. Which I tried, however when I click on Submit Incident I get to a page which tells me that I do not have access to and I decided to post in the community having exhausted all other means (well I still have not tried to call but I will need to mentally prepare for a call a bit longer 🙂 ).
Can anyone help out with getting past this step?

No, we have not progressed. Keep trying different versions of the same things and getting rejected on the employment verification. I have only worked on the MPN legal info. It appears they may also be asking for something in CSP. I will spend some more time today, reply to the ticket again... and see what we get. Will definitely share here when we get resolution.
@v-jillarmour - I've got exactly the same issue as literally everyone else on this thread. Probably more of an issue because I've finally been blocked from submitting information. Either because I've timed out or used the upload system to complain.
Any idea how long it's going to take to get my support ticket looked at?

Here is an example:
- Domain registration / Domain invoice at registration or renewal that lists Entity/User name and domain as it is stated on your account.
List of supported file types and max. file size:
- screenshots (only from a source such as government
- .pdf format
- Attachments larger than 8MB cannot be received by our system. Please advise if you are unable to provide smaller attachments.
I am also forwarding the cases internally for a check.
We are also experiencing the same issue. I logged a ticket on 10/06/2021 but still waiting for the verification to be completed despite twice providing the documentation to prove that we own our domain name (which is purchased through Microsoft).

I have been trying to get my account approved by MPN and submitted a ticket on 5/25 with no response. ID 2105250010003073 and says it failed at Employment Verification. I keep updating the ticket but absolutely no response by anyone.
I am I am having a similar issue, I have been stuck for weeks on the Employment Verification. I submitted the required documents to Microsoft but I have not heard back. Can you please help?

Like many others, we are also experiencing issues and no feedback. Our profile is complete to the best of our knowledge (following your guidance pages), we aren't using a 'personal' email address, all the supporting documentation has been uploaded during the initial call, yet still no joy.
We have customers who want to onboard with us, want to proceed with 365 migrations etc and at this stage, we are unable to do this as our profile isn't complete, therefore we cannot enroll as CSP.
Are you able to get this looked into please?

Thanks for chasing this up. Someone did contact me and activate the account, however, when I then enrolled to become a CSP, it has reverted back and requires verification again. All the evidence is present and I have already been approved once, so unsure why this is?

thank you for the follow up. Not sure why this occures, could be a mismatch in information you provided on the two accounts?
Either way I recommend you to submit a new case to support and work with the team.

I have just checked and can confirm that both accounts are identical. I have been asked for the domain registration document, which has already been uploaded against the ticket. Can you request someone looks into this please?
My MPN account was verified last fall but became un-verified in March or April. I have submitted the requested documentation but have not heard back for 2 months (ticket 2104280040005847). I created a second ticket asking for the status of the first ticket (2105150010000243) and received a response that my account was verified and should be updated within 5-10 business days -- it's been a month since then and it's not reflected. I created a third ticket (2106020010003064) with no response.
Please help as this is preventing us from update our Teams app in the app listing and releasing a new application.
