How to see a list of clients that designate us as a partner
Hello!
Might someone here be able to tell me how I can print a list of all of the organisations and/or subscriptions that have our firm designated as their partner?
The only area in the partner centre site where I have been able to see anything like this sort of list is at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/partnerinsights/analytics/customers, but it does not appear to show all of our clients and subscriptions, and does not have very comprehensive information (though the CSV export function prints the types of information we really need).
In searching the web and these forums, I have found this documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/see-your-customer-list#export-your-customer-list), which seems to cover what I am looking for, yet the only "customers" link our partner centre site has is under the "Insights" section. This page does not appear to be the same as what is described in the documentation cited above.
I also found a post in these partner forums (https://www.microsoftpartnercommunity.com/t5/Microsoft-Partner-Network/Newly-acquired-cloud-customer-is-missing-from-the-new-customer/m-p/14220), which says that it could take quite a long time before any changes set by clients are reflected in the partner centre (two officially designated us as their partner three days ago). It is also unclear exactly which customer list they are referring to, or where it can be found.
Thank you for your help!
Michela

Hi @michela, if from Insights in Partner Center https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/partnerinsights/analytics/downloads you export Customer details you will get this data. Here is an example of some available filters
Some customer names only display the 3 first letters followed by *******. In some other reports, like Usage ones, these names are complete and you can cross these reports using the tenant ID or the TP ID to read the full customer name. I escalated this bug, it's being corrected.

You can also use https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/mpn/analytics/cpp - this report has the ability to filter also customers per relationship type (CSP, DPOR, CPOR, PAL etc.) and should be more complete.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/see-your-customer-list#export-your-customer-list is only for CSP customers, it will not display all the other customer with different association types. If you don't see CSP --> Customer section in your Partner Center, you either do not have sufficient permissions (Sales Agent, HelpDesk Agent, Admin Agent) or you do not have an active CSP profile in this Partner Center (but rather in another tenant).

Hi, @JanoschUlmer. Thanks for your reply.
https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/mpn/analytics/cpp actually shows the same information as the customers page under the "insights" section of the partner site.
Moreover, that page has a message at the top of it:
"The Cloud Product Performance report is no longer supported
This report is no longer supported and has migrated to Partner Center Insights. Click here to start using the the Insights reports now. Learn more."
Have you any other ideas on where we can get the information we need?
Thanks again!

@michela You mentioned that the CSV export, the one @ChristianFUMEY also referred to does include the info you need. Do you say that even this report does not include all customers you expect to be there? If this is the case, how have those customers that are not listed been associated to you? DPOR, PAL, CSP, CPOR?
