Cannot see MPN ID for new partner center account

Hello,

I tried to create new Partner center account and it was verified successfully (verification status - authorized). However, there is a notification message up above in Partner center portal "For your Partner Center account to be fully active, you need to associate your MPN ID with your PC account.". When I try to associate, there is no MPN id visible in Identifiers tab (blank screen) and I can not add location mpn, because there is no option to do that. On Legal tab, it is showing  "Indirect reseller status - Qualified" only.  What we need to achieve, we need to enroll into CSP and to do that, if I understand, we need to have enrolled MPN account with MPN id. Can you help me?
