Office 365 Activation on Mac OS X 10.13

When trying to activate Office 365 on Mac OS X 10.13, I get a blank screen.  Has anyone else had this issue?

I was able to contact Office 365 Business support.  They instructed me to sign in to OneNote first.  This worked.  Then I was able to sign in to Outlook, Excel, Word.......
