O365 Phone System with Business Plans

Hi, has anyone else had any requests for the Cloud Phone System from customers on Business plans such as Premium and Essentials?

I raised a case with CSP support to be told that the service is only available as an add on to enterprise plans which seems crazy

Even though it is a bit late - I do not like unanswered questions though:

Yes, it is true that Phone System is only available in Enterprise plans, not in Business. For Business only the Audio Conferencing service is available as Add-On.

As always, there is a reason why those plans have different pricing levels and thus some Add-Ons are also not available (DLP. ATP would be other examples).
