@Saffron : This is not easy, you would need to have a longstanding record of reselling licenses in multiple countries, potentially millions of revenue required (though there is no exact threshold, just to get the idea - from over 100k Microsoft Partners, there are probably not even 100 who have the authorized distributor/Indirect Provider status). Then you would contact our Microsoft Account Team (which would then most probably be assigned to you) and discuss the way forward.

If you want to get started in selling licenses to end customers, the best option is to enroll as CSP Reseller and build your business from there. See Enroll in the Cloud Solution Provider program - Partner Center | Microsoft Docs

@Saffron Quote for what exactly? For reselling licenses, providing a managed service in Azure?

Hello
Yes for reselling please.

@Saffron Depends on what kind of license you want to resell - what products, which licensing option.

If you want to resell mostly on-premises product, like Windows 11 Home, Pro, Windows Server you would resell  Retail licenses, OEM/System Builder or Open Value (Volume Licensing) - for this contact a Distributor.

If you want to resell licenses in the CSP program (e.g. M365 cloud subscriptions, some on-premises software as well), you need to additionally enroll as CSP Indirect Reseller, and then contact an Indirect Provider (who are usually the same companies that also act as traditional distributor).
