We cannot cancel Subscription in Partner Portal
Hi, We are CSP Direct.
Why we cannot delete Subscription in Partner Portal ?
We ordered wrong Subscription a couble days ago, but now we cannot delete it, we are able to Suspended and Active it.
What @JanoschUlmer said, suspend immediatly. Then next is to give billing and subscription ticket explaining why you want it to be cancelled. Once the ticket is addressed, they will cancel and remove that subscription. This is based on what we have done in the past.
Suspend is the right action, this will stop the service & no billign charges will occur - so in effect the same as canclellation

It's going to depend on what the subscription is for and whether you've done an annual or monthly billing.
