Hello @rk and @Conny, I recieved information from the SME.
The best way for me to describe it is via an example:
New customer buys 5 licenses of Dynamics 365 for Sales, Enterprise Edition (SMB Offer), January 16, 2018. They renew January 16, 2019 with discount, but renew January 16, 2020 without discount.
Please remember, a customer can use SMB only once because it is available to new customers only. If a customer uses it again and again, they will be existing customers for the subsequent orders. In addition, this offer can't be combined with a purchase of regularly priced SKUs.
Quoted from the document:
"Promotion applies to new Dynamics 365 for Sales, or Sales and Customer Service, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers. A new customer is a customer that has not previously licensed any version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Online or On-Premises) prior to this purchase."
"Promotion cannot be purchased in combination with regular priced Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Dynamics 365 for Field Service, Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation, Dynamics 365 for Team Members, Enterprise edition seats, or with Dynamics 365 Enterprise Plan 1 or Plan 2 seats. These customers should purchase the full Enterprise edition offers. You can still purchase subscription add-ons, such as an additional non-production instance."

Is this offer valid also for Brazil? Because we´re not finding it at the last price lists.

Hello,
„Renewable for a maximum of three years, until December 1, 2019”
It means the first order must until 01.12.2019 and than I have three years or all orders until the 01.12.2019 have the SMB offer until the next renewal?
Thanks for help.

Great news. A couple of feeback items though
a) The offer is listed as "unchanged" in the April pricelist, even though from Jan to March that OfferID was called "Dynamics 365 for Sales, Customer Service, and Team Members, Enterprise Editions" and is now called "Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Service, Enterprise Editions (SMB Offer)". When there's 500 SKU's to manage it would be helpfull if any change to a product resulted it being listed in the Changed section
b) None of the Dynamics for Sales plans are listed in the Offer Matrix
Cheers
