How can my organisation become Microsoft Authorized Distributor or CSP Indirect Provider?

My organisation has more than 2 MCPs with the Azure Data Engineer Associate and Azure Developer Associate certifications and we'd like to achieve Cloud Platform Competency because we already have a VM running on Azure for our proprietary app and the Azure Bulk credits would offset the yearly Gold fee.

Any links/information on how can my organisation become Microsoft Authorized Distributor or CSP Indirect Provider?

@RusanAlexandru : If you have an established reseller business where you a selling licenses from other vendors to other companies at large scale, you could contact your account team (PDM) about this. From your description it does not seems this is you business model though. 

Also note that even when you would have the bulk credit, the MPN internal use license can not be used for commercial hosting purposes (no "direct revenue generating purposes"), so if you use the Azure VM for hosting services to end customers the bulk credit can not be used for this.
