Where to find the documentation about publishers

I'm trying to publish some Azure VM for my company. I want to set up the publisher account properly so that other people in the active directory can also work together on the offers.

However, I only find just one page about how to add publishers.

Where to find more documentation about the publishers?

1. How to share a publisher account or give access to other users in the same AD?
2. How to remove a publisher account?
3. How to change the owner/manager of the publisher account?

Answer to 1 is under User Management - "Add and Manage Users"

Answer to 2 is under General - "Manage you Account"

Answer to 3 is und User Management - "Assign User Roles"
