Is there way we can link other account with admin right to list and view the market place offers listing

Is there way we can link one publisher id with another account from same partner but with admin right so that both user can view the listing in market offer. I am not able to find a way to link the one publisher id so that they can view same offering. Same case if one create other can view as we..

You can not directly like the publishers. One approach you could take is to create an AAD group, add your users to that group, and add this group to both publisher accounts.
