You can track performance by logging in to Cloud Partner Portal and accessing the Insights tab, https://cloudpartner.azure.com/#insights.

The usage of your Marketplace offers, once it has occurred, is tracked and available to you for reporting and analysis. You can find payout history, upcoming payout, usage trends, usage by market, and usage by license type among other data.
