Difficulty tracking acquisitions data from AppSource in Partner Center
Our organization has four add-ins available for download in AppSource and when we go into the Partner Center to look at tracking acquisitions/download data, we face two issues:
- For one of the add-ins (Decisions for Microsoft Teams), we have never been able to see its download data and have no idea why. We've emailed partner support at Microsoft several times over 18 months but there hasn't been a resolution.
- The data we are able to see is often extremely delayed - sometimes weeks or more. We submit a help ticket when it's been more than 10 days.
Hi Brian, thanks for the timely response. Below I have provided as many of the ticket numbers as we were able to locate that we've submitted since 2019. However, please know that we have submitted at least a dozen others. I have also attached three screenshots that show there is no acquisition data for our Microsoft Teams add-in.
