The Partner Center portal is a web-based, unified console that gives partners access to a wide range of partner-centric activities such as : MPN membership and benefits, CSP transactions, Solutions publishing, Co-Selling, Incentives and Investments, Business Insights and many more.
Partner Center is quite complex. New functionality is being added constantly, changes to existing programs are being implemented. It is also a dynamic tool, as the scope of available programs and functions in Partner Center depends on partner company enrolment in various Microsoft programs and activities and various users would have differentiated access to the Partner Center tasks, depending on their user permissions.
So, it's not always easy leverage a full power of this complex and dynamic tool.
