Our company would like to host webinars for our employees on certain topics where the speakers are from MS. Can anyone suggest if something like this is done, if yes can you guide me thru the process please.

@Neha - What specific topics are you looking to cover? We do not have any MSFT speakers available and do offer tons of video and webinar type resources on our partner.microsoft.com site.
