It's a document (you can find it in the attachment of this post) with curated contents for Microsoft Partners that operate in the SMB and SMC-Scale segment. The goal of this document is to help partners in easily identifying programs and engines that are available, to either grow the partnership with Microsoft or support in accelerating customer deals.
