https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com : Can't login to demo website
I am unable to login to https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com anymore. The login was working a few days ago and now multiple users arent able to access the demo tenant. Error message: "Oops! It looks like you do not have permissions to access this page". Our org does have a active partner center and I can log in just fine to PC website.
Anyone else is facing the same issue?

Hi Mikki,
I believe Support could look into your account and see if there is any issue.
My suggestion is to check this resource and use the indicated Support channels.
Highlighting this area:
Note: You can create up to six 90 days demos or three 1 year demos.
For assistance with regard to you demos, please submit a request at Microsoft Demos Support and sign in using your Microsoft Account associated to your MPN account.
Review the FAQs re: Microsoft Demos here.
Have a great day ahead!

Hi Andra,
We too have had this issue just as of yesterday appeared out of the blue after successfully using it time and time again for demos, I've followed your support directive, however, met with an array of sub topics to pic from. Each leading me to log a ticket in the Partner Center.
Then in partner center, there is not really a sub category to log this issue under.
Can you advise?
Thanks
Adam

Hey Adam,
You mean you can`t open the page at all after you sign in with your Partner Center credentials? Not even this one: https://cdx.transform.microsoft.com/submit-request?
I am not sure if there is a new site in place, does this work for you?: https://transform.microsoft.com/
What message are you getting?
Here are some hints I picked up from the CDX FAQ:
Is there a limit on the number of demo tenants you can create?
-
Yes, there are limits in place for both Partner and Microsoft users, regarding the number of active tenants a user is allowed to have:
Microsoft Users:
- One Year tenants: 3
- 90-Day tenants: 6
Partner Users:
- One Year tenants: 1
- 90-Day Tenants: 5
Quick Tenant Expiration Dates
-
The creation and expiration date of a tenant starts and is set the minute it is created. This means, if you are using a Quick Tenant (Not a custom tenant) that was previously created and stockpiled for consumption, it's expiration date will more than likely be less than 90 days or 1 year away. If you need something short term, 90 day tenants should be used (90 day tenants cannot be extended). If you're needing a long-term tenant for hybrid environment creation, or a long term project, 1 year tenants can be extended, and would be your best option.
How do I access the new site?
-
The https://transform.microsoft.com site uses the Microsoft Partner Center for authentication. Partners are required to be enrolled with the Microsoft Partner Center https://partner.microsoft.com to access the site. If your organization is not enrolled with Microsoft Partner Center, you will be unable to access these new resources. If you previously had access to these tools, but cannot access them now, it is likely that your partner organization is not enrolled with the Microsoft Partner Center. Please enroll your organization at https://partner.microsoft.com for continued access to these tools. If you need further assistance, please review the information on the Partner Center https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/support/partner-center-help
Let me know if this helps,
Andra

Hi Andra,
It was more on which category we log the support case under
your description to Mikki was: "
@Andra wrote:I believe Support could look into your account and see if there is any issue.
My suggestion is to check this resource and use the indicated Support channels.
However, there are multiple other categories after you select the categories you suggested that then become available.
I went through partner centre in the end and logged it as general as possible - I got a call and heard it was a General outage and been reported a lot in the last couple days -
So all good we will wait and see when CDX come back online - I can access transform.microsoft.com and signin there, but the resources all give us "unauthorised"
Thanks for quick response,
Adam

Hi Adam,
Yes the support resources are the ones mentioned above, I wanted to see if there is anything I can add extra.
I am glad you are in touch with support and got more clarity on the outage.
Let us know how this works out,
Andra

Had the same problem. What worked for me was enabling MFA (like Microsoft is telling me to do for about a year). After logging in with MFA, the page was loaded correctly.

I am unable to log in and the support ticket I submitted a few days ago never got a response. I am told I am unauthorized to use the site when I enter my credentials. I am using MFA with my account but it doesn't look like it is asking for that second authorization. I've tried a few URLs with transform.microsoft.com in them and some have shown that I am logged in with my MPN email address.
What should I try to get it to let me access the site?

We have been noticed that I and several others who previously had access to Microsoft marketing sites are now unauthorized. We tried through Microsoft Partner network support and many other ways to retrieve the access to this particular site but didn’t work out yet. We used to conduct D365 demos via this site and
Pls find the info are given below

Hi @hvoetsch ,
I moved your post to this existing thread.
@AdamWeldon do you think there are other ways of solving the access issue for Holger? Looks like the MFA options were not successful.
Thanks!

Hey - I think its important that the MFA is run via Conditional Access and not per user MFA - @hvoetsch , how are you doing your MFA in your tenant?
