It gave a warning like my November sales (rejected during review) is this a common issue? Or is it just for me?

Yes, I have this warning in my sales in November. ( Rejected during review ) I have submitted my problem by opening a Ticket and I am waiting for the result.

@bypascal To reiterate on @BReid's comment - could you elaborate on where exactly you get this? Co-Sell, Marketplace, Referrals? Screenshots? However, raising a support ticket is surely the right action.
