Product Services Incidents


Tried to get a full answer regarding the retirement of Product Service Indicents (PSIs) back in the autumn from RSC but with no conclusive answer. We are a Microsoft Partner based in the UK with 9 competencies, including several at gold. We had the entitlement to 20 PSIs which we could use for customers who had issues for escalation. We also have a Advanced Support Contract with Microsoft which gives us Cloud Support. Our MPN renewal is April 1st, so my question is after this date when we renew, will we still have access to PSIs which we can use for on-premise and hybrid environments. I believe this would only be for N-1 products, for others we would have to pay $499 per incident. Any help and guidance gladly received. Chris
