Partner Account Gone

Our partner account is tied to an email address that MS now says does not exist when I try to log in.  Now we can't access our partner account and there's no way to reset it.  We were receiving emails from MS at that address as late as last July

So which portal are you trying to access? Can you share the link here?

The problem is that none of the options in support cover the partner portal that I could find. I looked, maybe I am missing it.
