Microsoft partner - Business account verification


I am new to the Microsoft partner portal and I want to publish my desktop app to the windows store.

I have created a business account at https://partner.microsoft.com/ and completed email verification and payment processes. Now we are in the Business verification process. The problem here is I can't able find a way to upload a verification document anywhere.

In the account settings, There are some links for "upload business document", But that only shows recommended steps, and those also not helped.

Note: In the Recommended Steps, Mentioned to click Next to create a ticket But I can't see any button called Next on that page.


Please help us out to verify our business profile. Thanks in advance.

The section under "Next Step" is missing for me in my partner portal. How do i get access to that button?

You need to make sure you are the Global Admin assigned in your organization, to submit cases to support. 

Do you have this role in Partner Center?

Ok I just set up myself as the global admin from azure AD, but I dont see a
"membership offers" anywhere in my partner.microsoft account

As a best practice, I recommend you read the documentation available related to Microsoft Partner enrollment process, there are certain steps you need to follow described here, it might be the reason why your account is not fully functional: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/update-your-partner-profile
