Managing CSP Account of a Customer- Assist Customers As...

Hi, we have limitations to managing the CSP account of a customer.  It only allows to "assist customers as"  admin and not Global Admin.   It is not best practice for IT admin to create several global administrator accounts.  Therefore, it is best for Microsoft to add the feature to "assist customers as" Global Admin.



Admin Agent has the equivalent permission as a Global Admin in the customer tenant, see also 

Note that there are some areas where a delegated admin might still not work as expected, even though there are global-admin equivalent permissions  - e.g. a delegated admin can not use Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center of a customer - this is more like a limitation of the M365 S&C portal/service.


What specific issues do you face when acting as admin agent?
