How to unlink MCID from former employer who won't unlink it for me

Is there a support number I can call to get this done? I have started my own company and need my MCID unlinked from my previous employer.

When you associate your MCP ID with another Partner Center account, it should be automatically disassociated from the old. I have tested this myself before. Also if the previous employer deletes your user account, it will automatically be unlinked as well.
