CSP DIRECT BILL PARTNER

Hi,

When I order on MPN Portal, I can not see the price or total value on neither Review Step nor Order History.

 

How can I manage my order before Billing ? Please share your advise. Many thanks team

Hopefully the information below will help.

  • Ensure you have the proper permissions when accessing the price list files. All pricing files can be exported from the Pricing and offers page in partner center but only Global Administrators and Admin Agents have access.
  • Indirect Resellers should work with their Indirect Providers for questions about pricing.

If you are not in this scenarios, then I suggest you submit a ticket to support using the online submission process.
