A question of whether the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program can meet the license for a VM based on Win2019 running on Azure Stack HCI
If a customer has the “Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program”, can the CSP meet a license requirement for a virtual machine based on Windows 2019 running on Azure Stack HCI?

If a CSP Partner sells the right license, like a CSP Software Subscription license for Windows Server Standard, then this can be done using CSP licenses. Guest OS on Azure Stack HCI are licensed not differently than normal physical servers, the same rules to virtualization apply.
