As the Culture Director, at Chess she galvanised this tech company to go from 63rd to 1st in the Sunday Times Top 100. Kate then harnessed what worked at Chess to launch a new tech start up Engage Your People- an employee engagement platform based on what industry and workplace best practices. Kate knows what works to improve the performance of people.
Engaged in The WIT Network since its inception, Kate continually drives the Women in Technology agenda. She sits on the IAMCP, WIT North and WIT UK Women of the Channel Boards and is an enthusiastic and entertaining public speaker.
