Dynamics 365 Licensing: What’s new in January 2021
The following End of Service announcement is made in January 2021:
- Customer Service Insights and Virtual Agent for Customer Service standalone SKUs, and additional capacity SKUs will be removed from the price list on February 1, 2021
- The embedded Customer Service Insights features in the core Customer Service Enterprise application will continue to be available and supported
- End of Service for Customer Service Insights and Virtual Agent for Customer Service is December 8th, 2021 for EA, CSP, and Web Direct customers
