How to return Graph API results from customer tenant

We recently onboarded as a CPV and are now building our new CPV application.

Question: Do we need to register the CPV application in each customer tenant of the CSP to return Graph API results from the customer tenant?

Example: Application consent is provided for tenant csp123.onmicrosoft.com by user with Global admin role and full administrative access to all customers. Tenant customer1.onmicrosoft.com is a registered customer of csp123.onmicrosoft.com with CSP and Admin relationship. Can our application in tenant csp123.onmicrosoft.com return a list of users with the assignedLicenses propery from the Graph API for tenant customer1.onmicrosoft.com?

Current R&D efforts show we can only return Graph API results from the customer tenant when the CPV application exists in the customer tenant.

Re: How to return Graph API results from customer tenant

@cjmod you will need to register the application in each customer environment. This is done by creating an application consent using the Partner Center API. You can find an example of this in step 6 of this article.
