For those who received the Azure sponsorship, could anyone walk me through the process or provide a link? we are extremely new to this process and we aim to assist over 30 members of the community to get Azure certified for free. Having access to this sponsorship would be a great help.
Thanks in advance

Is there a way to check the usage in another way? I need to give access to the usage to other users, but it seems that only the account admin can do that.
We would like also to set the budget and alerts, but it seems to be impossible on the sponsorship subscription

I have renewed the Azure Grant, but the money has not appeared in the portal yet. If possible, I need to apply the Grant money to the last unpaid invoices. How can I complete this task?

Great, but, how do I get cost by resource? We need to plan for if/when we run out of sponsorship $, or, potentially migrate services to a different subscription proactively.

I have the exact same question and was wondering if you ever arrived at a way to measure cost by resource.

Hi, Our sponsorship credit was exhausted - and our subscription have been disabled. We didn't get any email inviting us to apply for extension or so. How do we go about this and also reactivating our subscription?

What permissions do you need in the subscription to be able to view this information?
I'm currently Co-Owner in an subscription, but this does not show up in either the Balance or Usage site.
Thanks!

Subscription usage and balance is visible only for Owner. Only owner can download the detailed usage into JSON or CSV and share it with others.

Hi we’re a non profit using Azure Sponsorship.
Our sponsorship is running out next month and we’ve been advised that we should have received an email inviting us to renew.
However, no email has been received so we raised a support request last week.
Unfortunately no response has been received although the request was acknowledged.
Can you advise on what we can do next to resolve this situation please?

@kci : I would advice to move this question in the respective community that moderator focused on this can have a look on : https://www.microsoftpartnercommunity.com/t5/Partners-for-Social-Impact/ct-p/Partners_for_Social_Impact
Also the support incident number would be required to take a look at the status of your ticket.
Also adding @NicoleAfek, she might be able to help or advice where help can be found.

@kci - if you haven't heard back yet, can you reach out through https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus. Under "Technical Support" select the "Azure Sponsorship" topic and reference your original ticket number for tracking purposes.
Also, as Janosch suggested, you can reach the nonprofit moderators more easily through our Partners for Social Impact group.
Hope that helps and that you get this resolved.

You can not apply the credit to an existing subscription, but you can add a subscription to the same tenant you have your current subscription in. Then you can move the services to the sponsor subscription using this method: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/move-resource-group-and-subscription

This is a great resources for startups in the program, I'd like to suggest that we incorporate this into the MfS startups home page from a self-serve perspective, what do startups think?
