but i don't know the procedure to i can go through and get license of selling products.
The easiest way forward is if you contact a distributor in your country. Ingram and Techdata are two distributors that are present in most developed countries but there are of course also others.
I suggest that you sign up to the Microsoft Partner Program (MPN) where you will get access to training, marketing material and more. In MPN you can also qualify for Competencies that is a way to show that you have proven knowledge in a certain field and that will help you become attract more customers and increase profitability.
