Build inclusive solutions to maximize your efforts with Solution Workspace
With October marking National Disability Awareness month in the U.S., there’s no better time to start thinking about the accessibility and inclusiveness of your company – and the solutions it creates.
Building solutions that are inclusive enables us to draw on the full range of human diversity. It also means we include and learn from people with a range of perspectives. From a business perspective, disability inclusion offers significant untapped opportunity.
Just in time for the occasion, we’ve debuted some functionality that will help you do just that. Starting earlier this month, Solution Workspace now includes actionable guidance—including key trainings and a design toolkit—on how to build your service or app to be usable by all. The resources will also help you better understand the immense business opportunity that disability inclusion presents, vet your own company’s accessibility practices, and reach a specialist for one-on-one accessibility support.
All Solution Workspace users will find the above key resources curated within their existing content journeys in Solution Workspace. Simply login to your solution and look for the “Incorporate inclusive design and accessibility” step within the Build stage. From there, you’ll be able to work through the key resources on your own time.
For partners new to Solution Workspace, entering solution details to access a curated list of solution-specific resources takes just a couple of minutes.
