I like the concept of this! 

Partners needs to take a lead moving workloads to the cloud and one dilemma is always how to reduce downtime. It's also important to help customers utilize more XaaS (services) in the cloud instead of having dedicated VMs for every piece of a system.

We will see databases moving in the direction of being a just a service and bought in a different way than most buy it today - and that's a good thing for customers and partners willing to embrace change and looking for new better ways for customers.

Azure Database Migration Service is a fully managed service designed to enable seamless migrations from multiple database sources to Azure data platforms with minimal downtime (online migrations).
