The Microsoft support organization is evaluating the possibility of building a system to enable its partners to be alerted about, access, and receive new and updated PUBLIC articles AND/OR its INTERNAL SUPPORT ARTICLES as soon as they're published on Microsoft's systems. This survey will help Microsoft determine functionality requirements for this system.
